Refund Policy

Feel Confident You’ve Made the Right Decision

Our policy lasts 14 days.

If our training program begins and you are not satisfied with your learning experience within 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund without any questions asked. You can request a refund by contacting us via eMail.

To be clear: Let’s say you sign up for our training program on May 1st. If you cancel by May 14th that same year, you are eligible for a full refund.

Our only request for a full refund is that you please give us a reason why you’re dissatisfied so that we can optimize the learning experience for other students. We are eager to also learn from you.

If you cancel after this time, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. However, please contact us and tell us how we can make your learning experience better and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Refunds
Once you send us an eMail with a reason, we’ll refund your money.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account and/or your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

If you’ve already done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
